I fully understand the Reverse Steer Ireland session that I am about to take part in and that I am fully familiar with the nature, layout, feature and geography of the venue.

I accept that I am solely responsible for any decision as to my fitness, which may affect my safe participation in the event.

I acknowledge that I participate at my own risk and that I fully understand the level of risk involved in an event of this type.

I have been given the opportunity to inspect the venue, its facilities and the equipment that is being provided for my use in the event and I'm satisfied that all are suitable.

Reverse Steer Ireland is strictly Non-Contact Sport. Any damage, accident or otherwise, misuse of the jeeps or dangerous driving may and could result with the session being ended by the supervisors without refund.

I will save harmless and keep indemnified Reverse Steer Ireland and it’s staff, officers and agents working on its behalf,the drivers of other vehicles and any other person(s) or organisations using the facilities in respect of loss of life, injury, harm, loss or damage to me or to my property in the course or as result of these activities howsoever caused or contributed to by reason of the negligence or breach of duty on any part of Reverse Steer Ireland or the above mentioned.

This waiver has been drawn to my attention by a representative of Reverse Steer Ireland. I have read it carefully and I understand its terms as a waiver of legal rights and I have given consent to this waiver freely and willingly in consideration of mine being permitted to avail of the facility of Reverse Steer Ireland.
