Can I reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling is possible with reasonable notice. If you need to cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
If you have a specific notice period, add it here as a single line policy.

What happens if we’re late?

If we can, we’ll work around it. If the schedule is tight, late arrivals may lose some time.

Do I need experience?

No. It’s designed for beginners. You’ll get a short briefing first, then time to get comfortable before proper runs.

Is there an age limit?

Yes — drivers must be 18+.

Can someone ride as a passenger?

Usually yes, depending on the format and conditions on the day. We’ll confirm at booking.

How does the session work?

Typically:
  • Safety briefing and rules
  • First runs to get used to the jeep
  • Coached tips and turns so everyone gets fair time driving

Is it suitable for team building, stag/hen, birthdays?

Yes. We can run it in a way that suits the group and keeps driving time fair for everyone.

Do vouchers still require booking?

Yes — voucher use is by appointment only, just like normal bookings.

How do I receive the voucher?

After secure online payment via Stripe, the voucher is emailed to the address you provide. You can print it or show it on your phone.

How long are vouchers valid?

5 years

Can we come as a group?

Yes. It’s popular for friends, birthdays, stag/hen groups, and corporate team days.

What if the weather is bad?

Rain usually isn’t a problem. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and closed-toe shoes. Bring a jacket or rain gear if the weather looks rough.

Is it safe?

Yes, when the rules are followed. It’s run in a controlled environment with a briefing beforehand. It’s about control and technique, not speed.

What licence do I need?

A full driving licence is required. International full licences are fine as long as they’re valid.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. This is appointment only, so pre-booking is required.
